LEADING THROUGH
Leading Through is a 12 Week leadership workshop designed to engage participants to lead through 3 pillars of Purpose, Service and Process. Ideal for managers, student leaders, directors, sales managers, team leaders or aspiring teams.
How it works
- 12 week program with 20 -30 participants per group
- Weekly workshops at work venue, school, sporting club or meeting space.
- Commences with Day one setup along with running of the “Leading Through Workshop” over 3 hours
- Hourly sessions each week during the 12 weeks with 2 more workshop length coaching sessions in the middle and completion of the 12 week period
- Group coaching and mentoring model
- Relevant real world content with accountability model to put into practice for ongoing engagement and implementation
- Teamwork and Buddy systems built into program

- DICE Coaching "Leading Through Workshop" - fundamentals of leadership program which introduces the 3 fundamental pillars to leading through Purpose, Service and Process.
- Leadership frameworks for real world application and immediate action
